How to place an order?

1) Learn which pet wheelchair is best for your pet and decide which type of cart you need. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions

2) Have your dog measured according to the measurement chart, complete the questionnaire,and submit it to us by email. This is very important and need to be done carefully.

3) Send us your pet measurement to know the price for your pet cart by email.

4) We will confirm your mail promptly and give you the total amount for your cart for pet (including shipping fee)

5) For the moment you can send us money via international Bank transfert only (country others than France only)

6) After your payment, we start to manufacture the pet wheelchair according to your measurement. It will be done in 3-4 business days.

7) We'll ship the package according to your delivery address. We will inform you the tracking # after the shipment effected. Normally the package will reach you about 4-9 business days. Somtimes it can be delivered faster.It depends on where you are located.

8) We would appreciate if you can feedback when you receive the package.

Payment Methods

For all the orders, FULL prepayment is required. We accept only payments by international bank transfert for the moment and for
others country than France. In the Futur we accept paypal.

Cartfordog.com Pet Wheelchairs will make every effort to satisfy you and your pets. All the carts will be shipped within 3-4 business days. For shipping we use EMS, Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT to ship the cart to you. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment so you can track the status of your package on the express company"s website.


We're engaged in the pet wheelchairs for years and make every efforts to make best wheelchairs and best qualtity service.
The buyer is entitled to return a wheelchair that's damaged, faulty or incorrect and we'll always send a correct replacement item.
All returns require prior authorization.

Buyer should make a claim within 7 days of receipt of the wheelchair and email us to inform what exactly the problem is.
We'll work on the problem and may request the buyer to send us some photos if necessary.
If there was an error on our part, we will send a correct qualified one free of charge.
Here the wholesaler need to bear the shipping charges.
There are no returns for no-fault of ours. No-fault of ours includes but not limited to:
(1) The buyer order the incorrect wheelchair type.
(2) The measurements the buyer provided are inaccurate.

Encouragement Policy:

A second order for an adopted dog can be given 5% discount.
